We ship via UPS Ground service within the continental US, usually by the next business day.
Please note that a signature may be required at time of delivery.
For shipments to other locations, please contact customer service to check shipping costs and arrangements before placing an order.

We truly believe our products to be some of the finest available,
and we stand by their quality and craftsmanship.
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason,
we will accept items for exchange or return
from the original customer within 45 days of purchase
provided that the items are returned in "like new" condition.
Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization.

In the event that an item is delivered in a damaged condition,
please contact customer service immediately.
We will gladly replace any item found upon examination to be damaged or defective
at no cost at all to you.
PLEASE NOTE:

We are unable to accept items returned in used, scuffed, or altered condition
(specifically including but not limited to hemming and/or the installation of patches, pins, etc.)

We are unable to process returns or exchanges from third parties

All Return Shipments must have a Return Authorization
Shipments without a Return Authorization will be refused

Also, in order to prevent blatant abuse of our return policy
we reserve the right under certain circumstances to charge a 25% restocking fee
For example, if you order a jacket and don't like it for some (any) reason,
we'll gladly issue a full refund ... no questions asked
- BUT -
PLEASE don't order a bunch of stuff expecting to just return most of it ...
if you do, we might end up having to charge you something for our time and effort.
