(this was kind of a long letter ...
here are the highlights)
On October 23rd ... I happened to be leading the pack when I
came across a small patch of loose gravel in the road ... I lost control ... I was thrown
from the bike, and skidded about 15 to 20 feet, as did the bike. I can still hear the
sound of my head hitting the pavement ... once I came to a stop, ... I began to feel the
pain ... my helmet was shot, scrapes, cracks, and broken parts everywhere, but it did it's
job ... Along with the helmet, the jacket I picked up on Oct. 10 did one hell of a job as
well. I never realized the role that leather has in motorcycle riding, besides looking
good. I'll tell you this, had I not had that jacket on, I would be in extremely rough
shape right now. The jacket absorbed all of the effects of the crash ... I can't say the
same for the Levi's, they were... history. The [CE Armor] in the arms and shoulders did what they were
supposed to do, and I ended up with only a small burn on my elbow from the force of the
padding as it literally ground through my sweatshirt ... the jacket acted like a second
skin, and took all of the punishment that pavement, rocks, and crud can dish out. I
couldn't get over how well it performed, and how little I was tore up. It blows me away
... To this day, I have yet to clean the dirt and grime off the jacket, it is hanging on
my closet door as a reminder ...
rest assured, once I get the bike fixed, and dollars saved, I'll be choosing the Redline
M10 once again. I had looked at tons of other jackets before I went with this lifesaver.
I'll never regret having purchased the M10 Touring Jacket ... thank you so much.

I wanted to write to tell you how much I am enjoying my new
motorcycle jacket. I purchased one for my wife a while back and was so impressed by the
design and quality, I decided to conclude the long hunt for mine with a Red Line jacket.
The style, pockets, venting, options, etc. are perfect for me and how I ride. The quality
is among the best of all jackets I have seen. Thank you for suggesting several styles you
thought I might like, and in helping determine the approriate size. I will certainly be
returning to Red Line for any future motorcycle apparel or accessories.

Recently myself and a cousin of mine each purchased jacket, vest, chaps, and gloves from
your company. I have been very impressed with the quality of your products and even more
impressed with the customer service we received. It's nice to know that Redline realizes
customer service is as important as a quality product.
