We truly believe our products to be
some of the finest available,
and we stand by their quality and craftsmanship.
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason,
we will accept items for exchange or return
from the original customer within 45 days of purchase
provided that the items are returned in "like new" condition.
We will also replace any item found upon examination
to have been damaged in shipping or to be defective in some way.

Authorization.

We are unable to accept items returned in
used, scuffed, or altered condition
(specifically including but not limited to hemming and/or the installation of
patches, pins, etc.)
Try it on, wear it around for a while, but please
don't do anything to it unless you plan on keeping it.
We are unable to process returns or exchanges from third parties
If someone else paid for it, we can only deal with them.
All Return Shipments must have a Return Authorization
Shipments arriving without a Return Authorization
will be refused and returned to the sender.
Also,
in order to prevent blatant abuse of our return policy
we reserve the right
under certain circumstances
to charge a 25% restocking fee on returns we deem excessive
in either volume or frequency from any customer.
For example:
if you order a jacket, and after a week or so you decide you just don't
like it for some reason and call us for a Return Authorization,
we're not going to hassle you
about it, and we'll issue a refund when we get the jacket back as long as it's not damaged
in some way ... BUT PLEASE -
don't
order a whole bunch of jackets to try, expecting to just return most of them ...
if you do, we might end up having to charge you
something for our materials and effort.
